Daniel Thompson, founder of Noma Collective, reveals why remote work is broken—and how intentional community design is the only real solution to the loneliness crisis plaguing digital workers worldwide.
In 2012, Daniel walked away from the music industry in London, disillusioned by fame, power, and empty promises. What started as a personal escape turned into a decade-long experiment in community building across Argentina, Belize, and beyond. When COVID hit, he was managing an empty resort in Belize.
